1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, calling us, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors to our website and all customers who request or receive services from Casa Grande Asphalt Paving.

2. Description of Services

Casa Grande Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Casa Grande, AZ and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and project scope. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free on-site estimates are provided at no cost and with no obligation. All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Prices are based on conditions observed at the time of the estimate. If site conditions change materially before or during the project, we reserve the right to revise the estimate accordingly. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written, signed proposals constitute a formal agreement to perform work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are estimates and subject to change based on weather, crew availability, and prior project timelines. We will notify you as early as possible of any scheduling changes. Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished surface.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled job, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a mobilization fee to cover crew scheduling and material costs already incurred.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each written proposal. For most residential jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For commercial projects, terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of the estimate.

Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees and costs where permitted by law.

6. Warranty and Disclaimers

We stand behind our work. Any warranty terms applicable to a specific project will be outlined in the written proposal or project agreement. Warranty coverage applies to workmanship and does not cover damage caused by improper use, vehicle fluids, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.

Asphalt surfaces require maintenance to achieve their maximum lifespan. We are not responsible for premature wear resulting from failure to follow our maintenance recommendations, including timely sealcoating, crack filling, and load restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Grande Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time and for any reason.
